It spans the complete framework needed to bring ServiceCore live, from user provisioning and ITSM process roles to SLA policies and business automation rules, across 18 core configuration steps.

Every step is performed together with your team rather than behind closed doors, so configuration knowledge transfers as the work progresses and ownership stays with you at go-live. Administrator and practitioner training are built into the engagement, and the first month after go-live includes close hands-on support to keep your service desk stable from day one.

Users and Access Groups

Users sync automatically from Active Directory and are organized into authorization and functional groups, with agent roles and license assignments applied for support staff.

ITSM Process Roles

Process owners are identified and the governance structure for incident, problem, change, and request management is defined to ITIL 4 practice.

Service Catalog and CMDB

Service categories, items, approvals, and workflows are built, while configuration item types, relationships, attributes, and topology maps are modeled in the CMDB.

SLA Policies and Notifications

Response and resolution targets are set per category, service, and department, with email alert and notification templates tailored to your organization.

Business Automation Rules

Automation is designed from simple actions to multi-condition, multi-layer, multi-action dynamic rules, alongside priority, impact, urgency scales, statuses, and closure rules.

Administrator and Practitioner Training

CSSM-A administrator training is delivered to system, product, and process owners, and CSSM-P practitioner training gives agents hands-on command of day-to-day service management.
