Server Environment Setup
We prepare the server environment on a standard, API-enabled, or failover topology, including the initial application and MSSQL database installation.
DNS & SSL Configuration
The application is delivered reachable from your network, with DNS routing and SSL configured alongside your system administrator.
Active Directory Integration
We configure synchronization with your Active Directory so users flow into ServiceCore automatically on a scheduled basis.
Email Integration
Outbound email and an inbound parser are configured across POP, IMAP, Exchange, Office 365, EWS, and Microsoft Graph to turn messages into tickets and notifications.
Users, Agents & Licensing
We define user groups, convert support staff into agents, and assign roles and licenses by functional team.
Continuous Delivery Enablement
With the right Azure DevOps permissions in place, ServiceCore can be updated remotely and automatically rather than by hand.
