Receiving Customer Suggestion – Creating CI (Suggestion Record)
Such requirements, communicated via e-mail or meeting, are recorded as CI in the support.servicecore.app environment.
Suggestion Analysis Study
Suggestion-idea details are analyzed by Servicecore customer support teams and consultants.
The customer can also access the analysis record via the CI record.
Suggestion Evaluation Study
The feature suggested by the product design and technical team is examined.
After checking the technical suitability as well as the compliance with the best service management practices, the advisory board gives an opinion as acceptance or rejection.
The customer can also access the evaluation record through the CI record.
Recommendation Effort and Calendar Determination
Effort information is evaluated within each CI (Recommendation) record and presented to the customer for approval according to the status of the effort and the commissioning schedule.
Effort and possible costs are sent separately to the customer.
Customer Approval and Change / Project Opening
Work begins after the effort and time approvals received from the customer. For the relevant change and version, a Change or Project record is created from CI, depending on the size of the work.
Items are added to the Change agenda as a priority to be included in the next version.
The customer can access the project steps and follow the work on the support portal.
Development and Testing
The work is planned and carried out depending on the development to be made.
Development results are examined by analysts and testers, and after passing all different test studies, they are presented to the customer for testing.
Customer Approval and Go-Live
After user tests and tests in the customer environment are carried out, the transition is made to live.
After watching live for a while, the recording of the work (Change) is closed.
