Kanban boards, an important visualization tool, are used in task management. In the Servicecore Task Management process, you can easily see and organize the status of tasks on Kanban boards.
There are separate Kanban boards for all ITSM processes involving tasks. All different tasks under each process can be viewed and easily managed on different Kanban boards.
